We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your payment — no questions asked.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with Sajilo Funnel. We understand that adopting a new platform is a big decision, which is why we proudly back our software with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • The guarantee applies to your first payment on any paid subscription plan.
  • You must request the refund within 30 days of the initial charge date.
  • We will issue a full refund of the subscription fee.
  • No questions asked (though we always appreciate feedback).
  • Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process depending on your bank.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your billing dashboard.

  • Once cancelled, you will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
  • Monthly plans: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining days in a monthly billing cycle.
  • Annual plans: If you cancel within the first 30 days, you receive a full refund. We do not offer prorated refunds for annual plans after the initial 30-day period has passed.

4. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • First-time subscribers requesting within the first 30 days.
  • Significant service outages exceeding 48 hours without resolution.
  • Verified billing errors or duplicate charges on our end.
  • Verified unauthorized charges (compromised accounts).

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Refund requests submitted after the 30-day guarantee period.
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spamming, fraud).
  • A change of mind or business direction after the 30-day window.
  • Third-party processing fees (e.g., Stripe/PayPal transaction fees incurred on your own sales).
  • Domain registration fees (domains are registered with third parties and cannot be refunded).
  • Usage-based add-on services that have already been consumed (e.g., purchased SMS credits, AI tokens, or phone minutes).

5. How to Request a Refund

  1. Step 1: Email our support team at support@sajilofunnel.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Step 2: Include the email address associated with your account and the date of the charge. A brief reason is helpful but completely optional.
  3. Step 3: Our billing team will review your request within 24 business hours.
  4. Step 4: Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  5. Step 5: You will receive a confirmation email indicating the refund has been initiated.

6. Refund Processing Times

Once we initiate a refund, the funds leave our account immediately. However, it takes time for payment networks to process the transaction:

  • Credit/Debit cards: 5 to 10 business days.
  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.

If you do not see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as they may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us to request a refund before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur significant administrative fees for our company and can negatively impact our standing with payment processors. We are highly responsive and prefer to resolve disputes directly and amicably.

8. Free Trial

Our 14-day free trial requires no credit card. Since no payment is collected during the trial, there is nothing to refund. We will never auto-charge you at the end of a trial without your explicit consent and payment details.

9. Enterprise & Custom Plans

If you are on a custom Enterprise or Agency volume plan, refund terms may be governed by your specific contract or Service Level Agreement (SLA). Please contact your dedicated account manager for assistance.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will apply to purchases made after the modification date.
