Please read these Terms carefully before using Sajilo Funnel. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the Sajilo Funnel platform, website, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our Service. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Sajilo Funnel is an all-in-one marketing and business management platform that provides tools for funnel building, email marketing, customer relationship management (CRM), course creation, webinars, e-commerce, and analytics. Advanced features such as White-Label and SaaS mode are available exclusively on our higher-tier Agency plans. The Service is provided "as is," and while we make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We allow one primary user per account unless team features are explicitly provided in your subscription plan. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may offer a 14-day free trial that requires no credit card. During this period, you will have access to all standard features. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be suspended, but we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for a potential upgrade.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. For detailed information on refunds, please review our Refund Policy. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling.
You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and international laws while using the Service. Sajilo Funnel is strictly an inbound, opt-in only marketing platform. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service for any form of unsolicited outbound marketing. Specifically, you must NOT:
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited outbound marketing. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are using the Service to send unsolicited communications, your account will be immediately terminated without refund, and you may be reported to relevant authorities.
Our IP: The platform, code, design, brand, and documentation are the exclusive property of Sajilo Funnel Pvt. Ltd.
Your IP: You retain full ownership of all the content you create (funnels, emails, courses, products). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are solely responsible for all content you publish using Sajilo Funnel. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload. We may, but are not obligated to, review content for policy violations. Your content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
We integrate with Stripe and PayPal to facilitate your sales. A 5% platform fee applies to transactions processed through Sajilo Funnel (unless stated otherwise in your plan settings). Your use of payment processing is subject to Stripe and PayPal's respective terms of service. You are solely responsible for handling chargebacks, refunds to your customers, and any disputes.
If you utilize our Agency plan features (White-Label or SaaS Mode), you are responsible for providing your own terms of service and privacy policy to your end-users. The underlying technology remains our intellectual property. You are responsible for managing and supporting your sub-accounts.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your data. For EU users, we comply with GDPR, and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.
We target a 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any downtime caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, cyber-attacks, or major internet outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, data loss, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sajilo Funnel Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any content you create and publish.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt an informal resolution by contacting us for at least 30 days before taking formal action. If unresolved, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nepal, with international arbitration options available where legally required.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days' notice for any material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Clauses regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
